Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Axway API Management Platform.
- Experience in designing and managing API gateways and integration solutions.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration, release management, and performance tuning.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and SaaS deployment models.
- Excellent understanding of security standards and compliance requirements related to API management.
