The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while ensuring alignment with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to driving the evolution of these solutions effectively.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to meet business needs.
• Ability to design and manage complex system integrations involving multiple platforms and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system stability and performance.
