In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the solution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Axway API Management Platform.
• Strong knowledge of API lifecycle management including design, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies to support seamless connectivity.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues ensuring minimal downtime.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and SaaS deployment models.
