Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
SAP SD Testing Consultant with strong process knowledge and hands-on expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. The ideal candidate should have worked across multiple projects as an SME in the
Order-to-Cash (O2C) area, providing solution options, driving testing activities, and ensuring seamless cross-functional integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform SAP SD Testing across key processes including Master Data, Standard Sales Process, Third-Party Sales Process, Scheduling Agreements, Billing & Outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with FI, MM, APO modules.
- Work on interfaces such as IDocs, EDI, and File Transfers to ensure end-to-end process validation.
- Act as an SME in O2C domain, providing solution options with pros & cons, recommending best-fit solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Prepare and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Test Scripts.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into functional test cases.
- Ensure defect tracking, resolution, and reporting during test cycles.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD Testing.
- Strong knowledge of O2C business processes.
- Good understanding of cross-functional integration (FI, MM, APO).
- Expertise in working with interfaces (IDocs, EDI, File Transfers).
- Strong exposure to testing lifecycle Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Test Case preparation, Execution.
- Ability to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and drive testing strategies.
