- Should be able to co-ordinate with different modules and understand aspects of other modules in SAP
- Should have good communication skills.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Package Specialist-SAP HANA FIN FI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, support, and enhancements. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and deliver effective SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Accounting processes.
- Design and implement solutions for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Cost Controlling.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and support projects.
- Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate FI/CO with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications for developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
Required Skills- Strong experience in SAP FI and CO modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, or related field.
- SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile or global project environments.
