Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Specialist: SAP HANA Basis, you will support an existing SAP HANA system within an SAP Landscape and design, implement, and maintain SAP HANA Basis solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP HANA Basis with other SAP systems and third-party applications. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Implement Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain SAP HANA Basis solutions to support the underlying infrastructure and platform for SAP HANA-based applications.
- System Monitoring and Health Check: Support Health Check & Monitoring in the existing Client environment, ensuring the smooth operation of SAP HANA systems.
- HANA Configuration and Integration: Understand and work with HANA Install & Config, integrating it with other SAP systems, and support HANA SLT Configuration and BW on HANA Migration.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP HANA Basis with other SAP systems and third-party applications.
- System Administration: Apply strong technical skills in SAP HANA Basis, as well as knowledge of database administration and system architecture to support the existing SAP HANA system.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- SAP HANA Basis Exposure: Exposure to designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP HANA Basis solutions, with a strong understanding of database administration and system architecture.
- HANA Configuration Knowledge: Experience working with HANA Install & Config, including integrating it with other SAP systems, and exposure to HANA SLT Configuration and BW on HANA Migration.
- System Monitoring Skills: Exposure to supporting Health Check & Monitoring in an existing Client environment, ensuring the smooth operation of SAP HANA systems.
- SAP System Integration: Experience working with SAP systems and third-party applications, with a focus on seamless integration with SAP HANA Basis.
- Database Administration: Exposure to database administration principles and practices, with a focus on SAP HANA Basis and system architecture.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Database Administration Knowledge: Exposure to database administration principles and practices beyond SAP HANA Basis, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
- SAP System Architecture: Experience working with SAP system architecture, including understanding the relationships between different SAP components and how they integrate with SAP HANA Basis.
- Third-Party Application Integration: Exposure to integrating SAP HANA Basis with third-party applications, including understanding APIs, data formats, and interface protocols.
