Your Role And Responsibilities
A Package Specialist in Oracle Cloud HCM Cloud specializes in the implementation, configuring , testing, troubleshooting and production support of business processes within Oracle HCM Core HR, Self Services module & Security. This role involves understanding the business requirements, write functional design document, configure the system, testing the processes, integrating them into the clients business environment, and ensuring they meet the clients business objectives.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- This role is also expected to write preliminary level of reports using OTBI, understand release processes and help in regression testing.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Process understanding product configuration and demonstration, functional design, product personalization/customization, and testing the application.
- Providing comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle to achieve client-expected business results
