Role Overview:

Package Consultant specializes in implementing and supporting the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules for clients. They apply consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure the system to meet the client's business needs. This involves planning, fit analysis, gathering requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support. The Package Consultant also resolves configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation.

* L2/L3 Support Activities
