Your Role And Responsibilities

  • As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Benefits and Compensation, you play a crucial role in implementing and supporting the Workday Benefits and Compensation modules for clients. Your expertise in consulting, business knowledge, and packaged solution implementation enables clients to achieve their expected business results. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Implement Planning and Analysis: Utilize consulting skills and business knowledge to plan and analyze the implementation of Workday Benefits and Compensation modules, ensuring alignment with the client's business environment.
  • Configure System Functionality: Configure the system according to the client's requirements, leveraging packaged solution expertise to deliver effective implementation of Benefits and Compensation modules functionality.
  • Resolve Configuration Issues: Resolve configuration and functional business issues across different HR modules, applying problem-solving skills and expertise in Workday Benefits and Compensation.
  • Gather Requirements and Unit Test: Gather client requirements and perform unit testing to ensure successful rollout and potential post-implementation support.
  • Rollout and Support: Collaborate with clients to roll out the implemented solutions and provide post-implementation support as needed.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Exposure to Workday Benefits and Compensation: Experience working with Workday Benefits and Compensation modules, including configuration and implementation in a client-facing environment.
  • Packaged Solution Expertise: Experience working with packaged solutions, leveraging expertise to deliver effective implementation of system functionality.
  • Consulting Skills: Exposure to consulting skills, including planning, analysis, and implementation of Workday Benefits and Compensation modules.
  • HR Module Configuration: Experience working with different HR modules, resolving configuration and functional business issues.
  • Implementation Planning: Exposure to implementation planning, including gathering requirements, unit testing, and rollout of Workday Benefits and Compensation solutions.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Packaged Solution Knowledge: Exposure to other packaged solutions for HR, including payroll, talent management, or time tracking, can be beneficial in delivering comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Advanced Configuration Skills: Experience with advanced configuration options in Workday Benefits and Compensation, such as custom reports and integrations, can enhance implementation effectiveness.
  • Cross-Module Expertise: Familiarity with other Workday modules, such as Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, or Workday Talent Management, can facilitate seamless integration and optimize client solutions.
