About the Role

A Fortune 500 IT Services Firm is seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant for a strategic project with a global energy technology leader. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects within the client's SAP Organization, playing a key role in designing the Employee Central solution, understanding data flows, and guiding integrations to the client's central data repository (Data Pond).

This is a highvisibility, highimpact role requiring deep Employee Central expertise, strong functional analysis skills, and hands-on configuration proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to support solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Lead understanding of current EC landscape and support the data platform team in sending accurate data to Data Pond (client data repository).

Evaluate, validate, and analyze data using standard and custom reporting.

Prepare documentation for current and future state EC solutions.

Understand EC data scope and support the migration of attributes to other SAP modules (Performance & Goals, Succession & Career Development, Learning, Compensation, etc.).

Participate in estimation and planning for Testing & Release Cycles.

Support SuccessFactors integrations by reviewing functional specifications and data dictionary/catalog.

MustHave Skills

Certifications & Experience

  • Active SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (Mandatory)
  • At least 1 EC implementation (End-to-end)
  • Must have worked in EC module within the last 2 years

Employee Central Expertise

  • Deep understanding of:
  • Foundational & Organizational data (Org, Pay, Job structures, MDF objects)
  • SAP ECC Infotypes & relationship with EC data
  • Payroll-relevant attributes and third-party system data requirements
  • EC business rules, field propagation, workflows, and picklist configuration
  • Biannual SAP SuccessFactors release updates

Reporting & Data Management

  • Strong knowledge of standard/custom reporting for data validation
  • Ability to interpret Data Dictionary / Data Catalog across SuccessFactors and integrated applications
