Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will specialize in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience. You will guide clients through the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption, utilizing your expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Implement Solutions: Develop tailored solutions to address clients business needs by understanding their unique challenges and leveraging Salesforce's extensive offerings.
- Execute System Testing: Conduct system testing, user acceptance, and change management to ensure a successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
- Deliver Client-Facing Support: Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption.
- Apply Methodologies: Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
- Develop Training Programs: Create training programs to ensure successful user adoption and long-term usage of the implemented solutions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Salesforce CRM Solutions Exposure: Experience working with Salesforce CRM solutions, including designing, implementing, and supporting solutions with LWC and integration experience.
- Agile Methodologies Application: Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply them to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
- System Testing Execution: Experience executing system testing, user acceptance, and change management to ensure successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
- Business Analysis Understanding: Exposure to business analysis, with the ability to understand clients unique challenges and develop tailored solutions to address their business needs.
- Software Development Lifecycle Management: Experience working within a software development lifecycle, with the ability to utilize methodologies to ensure smooth delivery.
