Role Overview

As an IN Package Consultant specializing in Pega architecture, you will serve as the Lead System Architect (LSA) driving the technical design, enterprise integration, and execution of complex Pega PRPC applications. Operating full-time on-site in Bangalore, you will guide technical teams, champion best practices in enterprise class structure and guardrails, and ensure scalable, high-performance solution delivery for large-scale enterprise transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Architecture & Leadership: Design and architect robust, scalable Pega applications leveraging Pega Guardrails, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS), and Industry Frameworks.
• Solution Delivery & Design: Lead end-to-end technical delivery, defining data models, integration strategies (REST, SOAP, Kafka), decision management, and security architecture.
• Governance & Code Quality: Enforce design principles, review team deliverables for guardrail compliance, and optimize application performance and memory management.
• Stakeholder Management: Translate complex business requirements into enterprise IT roadmaps, collaborating closely with business analysts, product owners, and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 4–5 years of active hands-on experience acting as a Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Certification: Mandatory Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
• Core Technical Expertise: Deep technical mastery in Pega PRPC architecture, class structure design, rule resolution, data flow, integration components, and performance tuning.
• Communication & Mentorship: Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills to mentor engineering teams and align business strategy with technical execution.
