Package Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Experience of D365 or AX 2012 Finance implementations and support/Finance Functional.
• Responsible for defining the solution blueprint for the Microsoft Dynamics solution
• (addressing all high-level business and technical requirements).
• Providing on site and off site consulting services and support to Dynamics clients(go-live and post-implementation).
• Perform basic configurations and security setups.
• Provides first level support to clients and troubleshoots solution issues as needed

Required education

• Bachelor's Degree

• Master's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Experience of D365 or AX 2012 Finance implementations and support /Finance Functional.
• Definition of business, technical (good to have), and architectural requirements.
• Recognizes any inconsistencies, assumptions, and critical elements that must in an Enterprise solution

• Understands and adheres to all Project Plan and Scope documents developed by Project Managers.
• Executes Project Task items in accordance with defined Project timeline.
• Provides timely feedback to Project Managers and/or clients.
