Job Summary
The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support to ensure the smooth functioning of the MDs daily operations. The role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, professionalism, discretion, and the capability to communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the MDs daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.
- Coordinate and track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items.
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all sensitive business and personal information.
Communication & Multilingual Support
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, staff, and partners in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
- Translate verbal and written communication accurately when required.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the MD and multilingual stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents in the required languages.
Office & Administrative Management
- Organize files, maintain records, and ensure efficient document management.
- Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Arrange logistics for events, conferences, and company functions.
- Assist in managing administrative tasks such as invoicing, procurement, or data entry.
Prefered language skills - fluent in HINDI, MALAYALAM, ENGLISH
