Job Title: Senior Process Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Process Associate to join our Escrow team at ENTRA SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing escrow processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to generate comprehensive reports.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee escrow transactions from initiation to completion
Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to escrow activities
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery
Assist in training and mentoring junior associates
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Mortgage Servicing
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment
