Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Contract Management Specialist!

In this role, we are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Contract Management Specialist with hands-on experience using Salesforce to manage the contracts. The ideal candidate will support the sales teams by ensuring contracts are drafted, reviewed, tracked, and compliantly within our Salesforce platform.

You will be expected to handle requests, determine, respond and resolve issues basis the SOP.

Responsibilities

-Manage and maintain contract records within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

-Review and process requests for Master Agreements, Amendments, Termination Letters, Sponsorships, Consulting and License/Subscription agreements, ensuring adequate functional reviews are completed and most favorable terms in place.

-Actively manage contract requests, ensuring prompt transition through all the contacting stages, from initial review to full execution

-Sent consolidated bi-weekly report to client with production tracker.

-Manage and publish the production tracker for team on weekly and monthly basis.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

-Bachelor's degree in B.com & B.A is required.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

.Prior experience in Health Care accounts

.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

.Proven ability to successfully handle multiple, high urgency requests in a timely and effective manner.

.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
