Job Summary
We are seeking a PA MES Expert with extensive hands-on experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to configure, optimize, and manage MES applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PA database management, SQL, event configurations, and MES applications such as Work Orders, BOM, and Non-Conformance Tracking.
Key Responsibilities
PA MES System Management Configure, maintain, and optimize the MES system for seamless integration with production workflows.
Database & Data Analysis Manage PA tables, create efficient queries, and perform data analysis for performance tracking and reporting.
Application & Process Optimization Oversee PA applications, including Work Orders, Routes, BOM, and Non-Conformance tracking, to enhance production efficiency.
Event & Model Configuration Set up and manage UDPs, UDEs, and system events (Downtime, Waste, Alarm, Production). Maintain Equipment, Material, and Product models.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in PA MES.
In-depth understanding of PA databases, tables, and SQL queries.
Practical experience in PA applications such as Work Orders, BOM, Routes, Non-Conformance, and Activity Tracking.
Knowledge of User-Defined Parameters (UDPs), User-Defined Events (UDEs), and system event management.
Strong understanding of MES system models (Equipment, Material, Product).
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in MES & Industrial Automation or Manufacturing & Smart Factory Solutions.
Familiarity with IT consulting firms providing MES solutions.
