Role Requirements (Core Expectations & not limited to)

For RTR (Record to Report)
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, monthend & yearend close
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliations (with Black line tool is added advantage), accruals, prepayments
- Understanding of financial statements & accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS)
- Exposure to audit, journal processing, fixed assets, or controllership activities
- Good experience in HFM reporting,
- Handson experience in SAP/Oracle/ERP (preferred)
Role 2. For PTP (Procure to Pay)
- Experience in invoice processing, PO & nonPO invoices, and payment runs
- Knowledge of vendor reconciliations, aging, and issue resolution
- Familiarity with 3way match processes
- Basic understanding of internal controls and audit requirements
Role 3.For IC (Intercompany)
- Experience in intercompany billing, reconciliations, and settlements
- Knowledge of Branch office accounting
- Good in Transit a/c
- Inter Company Reconciliations
- Ability to work with multiple entities across regions/time zones
- Good understanding of month-end IC elimination activities
Role 4.For OTC (Order to Cash)
- Experience in AR Accounting of Cash/Non-Cash application
- Knowledge of SAP/Oracle ERP
- Ability to work with multiple entities across regions/time zones
- Aging reporting, analysis, AR Provision workings
2. Candidate Background
We are specifically looking for:
- Candidates can be CA/CMA Inter, CPA, CMA, semi-qualified, MBA, B.Com/M.Com graduates with strong accounting fundamentals
- 25 years of relevant experience depending on level
- Strong communication & MS Excel skills and ability to work in a global environment
- Need basis, should also support for the stretched timelines
- Willingness to work in shift-based environment if required
