About the Role

Are you ready to own the P&L of a fast-growing AdTech vertical and take it global We are looking for a P&L Lead – Programmatic to lead and scale the eRGADX vertical, taking complete ownership of its P&L, strategy, growth, and execution. This role requires a seasoned leader who can blend business acumen, operational excellence, and industry relationships to establish eRGADX as a leading player in the AdTech ecosystem.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing costs, building high-performing teams, ensuring governance & compliance, and leading client acquisition across DSPs, SSPs, publishers, agencies in the programmatic advertising space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full P&L ownership – revenue, profitability & growth
2. Drive sales & partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, Publishers, agencies in programmatic eco-system
3. Lead business strategy, client acquisition & expansion
4. Build and manage a high-performing sales, ops & tech team
5. Represent eRGADX at industry events & forums

Key Requirements:

1. 8+ years in AdTech / Programmatic / Digital Media Space
2. Strong track record of P&L management & scaling businesses
3. Deep knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, exchanges & agency eco system
4. Strong industry network with agencies & publishers
5. Leadership skills with ability to grow teams & markets with scaling the business
