About The Job
Brightly Software is growing rapidly and is looking for enthusiastic P&O Interns to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. As an P&O Intern, you will work closely with our experienced P&O professionals, engineers, and product teams to support various peoplerelated initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the People & Organization (P&O) team in delivering core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and people analytics.
- end employee lifecycle processes (joining, onboarding, exits).
- Support HR operations including employee data management, documentation, and records accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for onboarding sessions, trainings, and engagement initiatives.
- Help prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and communications.
- Assist in policy communication and respond to basic employee queries under guidance.
- Support talent initiatives such as campus hiring coordination, learning programs, or diversity initiatives (as applicable).
- Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and confidentiality standards.
