Role Responsibilities:
Support in Audit of HR Data:
- Assist in conducting virtual audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with the HR team to remotely review and validate personnel records and HR databases.
- Generate and analyze virtual reports to verify HR data accuracy.
Coordination:
- Provide virtual support in coordinating various HR activities and initiatives.
- Act as a remote liaison between different departments and the People & Culture team.
- Facilitate virtual communication and collaboration between HR, employees, and other departments.
- Assist in employee engagement activities
Maintenance of Data:
- Ensure the timely and accurate virtual entry, update, and maintenance of HR data in relevant systems and databases.
- Monitor and review virtual data to identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in HR operations, data management, or related areas.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficient in using virtual communication tools and HR software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
