Role Description The Owner role at Packcel is a full-time, on-site position based in Faizabad, responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations and strategic direction. The Owner will manage daily production and printing activities, ensure quality standards for paper products and packaging, and supervise staff across departments. This role includes developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying new market opportunities and partnerships. The Owner will oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control, while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The position also involves guiding product innovation, improving operational efficiency, and aligning the business with Packcel's mission of eco-friendly, high-quality solutions.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership within printing, packaging, or manufacturing environments.
Strong operations management skills, including production planning, workflow optimization, inventory control, and quality assurance.
Proficiency in commercial printing processes (offset and flexography), converting paper services, and packaging manufacturing practices.
Solid financial management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and cost optimization.
Effective customer relationship and sales skills, with experience in B2B account management and contract negotiation.
Ability to lead and develop diverse teams, with strong people management, conflict resolution, and performance coaching abilities.
Understanding of sustainability and eco-friendly packaging trends, with interest in environmentally responsible business practices.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site full time in Faizabad.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Printing Technology, Packaging, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
