This is a full-time, on-site role for the Owner position at Epoch Labs, located in Hyderabad. The Owner will oversee all organizational operations, set strategic goals, and ensure the delivery of premier scientific services. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading teams across various departments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving long-term business growth. The Owner will collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiencies, implement innovative solutions, and maintain a customer-focused approach to achieve the company's vision and objectives.

• Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to lead teams, set and achieve strategic goals, and drive organizational success
• Research and Development Expertise: Experience in scientific research, discovery processes, and overseeing R&D projects in pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries
• Operations Management: Proficiency in managing resources, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Communication and Relationship Building: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders

• Educational Background: An advanced degree in a relevant scientific field and/or business management discipline (such as MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred
