This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune District for the position of Owner at The Daebak Company. The Owner will oversee daily business operations, including managing teams, developing and executing strategic plans, ensuring financial health, and fostering a positive work culture. Other responsibilities include building client relationships, ensuring quality control across all products or services, and driving overall growth and profitability of the business.

• Proven skills in Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making
• Experience in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Resource Allocation
• Proficiency in Marketing Strategies, Sales Management, and Client Relationship Building
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to business needs
• Business acumen with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience in the relevant industry is desirable
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
