Role Description The Owner of AVPTrust School is responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring the school's vision and mission are clearly defined, communicated, and implemented. This full-time on-site role in Coimbatore involves overseeing academic standards, school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation to maintain sustainable growth and high-quality education. The Owner will collaborate with the principal and senior staff on curriculum development, staff performance, admissions strategies, and community engagement. Daily tasks include reviewing operational reports, making decisions on infrastructure and facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant educational regulations, and guiding long-term planning. The Owner also represents the school in external partnerships and works to strengthen the institution's reputation and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications

Proven experience in school management, education administration, or leadership in an academic institution.
Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational skills to oversee multi-faceted school operations.
Sound financial management skills, including budgeting, resource planning, and oversight of expenditures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and community partners.
Knowledge of local and national education regulations, accreditation requirements, and best practices in school governance.
Ability to drive change, support innovation in teaching and learning, and foster an inclusive, learner-centered culture.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is highly beneficial.
Prior experience in Coimbatore or familiarity with the regional educational landscape is an advantage.
