Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have prior experience hiring for overseas roles, particularly within the PMC/EPC/Construction industry, and possess strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end overseas recruitment for clients across multiple geographies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for international assignments in the PMC/EPC/Construction domain.
- Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, timelines, and hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, databases, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Manage documentation, visa processing coordination, and mobilization support.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
Key Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on overseas hiring.
- Proven experience in the PMC/EPC/Construction industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of international recruitment processes and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri and other sourcing tools.
