Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Executive in Overseas Education, based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to potential and existing students, guiding them through university admission and visa processes, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. The Process Executive will be responsible for supporting client satisfaction and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to assist and guide students effectively
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Analytical Skills to assess and address client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Educational or professional experience in international education is a plus
• Familiarity with visa application processes and university admissions is an advantage
