Position: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Inside Sales (International Education)
What we're looking for:-
Career Launcher is seeking a talented individual who possesses the ability to understand prospects, and
recommend the right products to drive sales.
Responsibilities:-
> Create a sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
> Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads
> Guide students/parents for International Admission Process to enrol them in the Premium Admission
> Consulting (UG/MBA/MiM/MS) or Test-Prep (GMAT/GRE/SAT/IELTS/LNAT/LSAT) or Both.
> Upselling & cross-selling relevant CL offerings
> Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.
> Ensure post-sales servicing as per the set standards
> Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
> Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.

> You love connecting with people online/on the phone
> Your ability to learn is off the charts, and you are hungry for more
> You do not believe in settling; you find ways to improve
Qualifications:-
> Min 1 years of Work-ex in International Education / Study Abroad Sales / Following:
> International Education Counselling
- UG & Masters (STEM, Management, Law etc.)
- IVY League / M7 /T25 Admissions Process
- Exam, Profile, Application Requirements
> Excellent communication (oral and written), conversation, negotiation skills
> Willingness to continuously learn about colleges/universities abroad.
Work Location – Delhi – A-45, Mohan Estate, Delhi-44 (Nearest Metro Mohan Estate 100 mtrs)
Work Timings: 10:30 am – 7:30 pm (Flexible)
Working Days: 6 days/week
