Role Description The Overseas Education Counselor will provide expert guidance to students seeking admission to international universities and colleges. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves counseling students and families on suitable programs, institutions, and destinations based on academic background and career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining admission processes, assisting with applications and documentation, coordinating with partner institutions, and updating students on application status and deadlines. The counselor will also participate in seminars, workshops, and events, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and collaborate with the wider team to improve service quality and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand student goals and suggest suitable overseas education options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to interact confidently with students, families, and institutional partners.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications, documentation requirements, and deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities for major study destinations.
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools, CRM or student management systems, and maintaining accurate digital records.
• Customer service orientation, with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to providing ethical, unbiased guidance.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in any discipline; education, counseling, or business-related fields are preferred.
• Prior experience in overseas education counseling, student advisory services, or career guidance is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with team members, and participate in events and outreach activities as required.
