Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Overseas Education Counsellor and the Key responsibilities include :

Make daily calls to leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into prospective students.

Conduct comprehensive counselling sessions to understand students academic profiles, career goals, interests, and financial capabilities.

Guide students in choosing suitable countries, universities, and programs aligned with their aspirations and eligibility.

Provide detailed information on study destinations, course outcomes, and post-study work opportunities.

Counsel students and parents on tuition fees, living costs, and funding options.

Support students in arranging and verifying financial documents for admissions and visa filing.

Advise students on available scholarships, application fee waivers, and education loan assistance.

Coordinate with the processing team to ensure timely completion of all applications and maintain high service standards.

Provide step-by-step guidance on visa application procedures and documentation.

Prepare students for visa interviews through mock sessions and personalised coaching.

Conduct seminars in Colleges / Institutions to promote overseas education opportunities.

Attend online and in-person training sessions conducted by universities to stay updated on programs, intakes, and admission requirements.

Maintain accurate records of daily calls, counselling sessions, applications, and conversions.

Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the management team.

Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality student experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

Multi-lingual candidates preferred (English, Hindi, and Gujarati)

Minimum 1+ years of experience in study abroad expertise.

Counselled students for overseas education in countries like AUSTRALIA and EUROPE

Knowledge of the overseas education process, including admissions and visa formalities

Ability to effectively manage and support students in achieving their educational goals
