The role

You counsel students from the first conversation through to visa grant, and you own that outcome. Alongside the enquiries we hand you, we expect students to come to you the way they come to any good counsellor: through families you have advised well, colleges and schools that trust you, and people who pass on your name. If your last few years have been purely desk work on leads handed to you, this will not be a comfortable fit.

What you will do

• Counsel students on course, university, and country selection across UK, Australia, Ireland, Germany, and New Zealand
• Own the full cycle: enquiry, profiling, application, offer, financial documentation, and visa filing
• Grow your own base of students through referrals, alumni and parent networks, and relationships with schools and colleges
• Represent Quality Counsel at seminars, campus sessions, and education events
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and hit defined conversion and intake targets
• Keep applications clean and document-backed. No inflated profiles, no shortcuts

What you bring

• 2+ years in overseas education counselling or international admissions, with a demonstrable conversion and visa-closure record
• Strong working knowledge of at least two of our core destinations
• Relationships you can actually put to work: past students and families, school and college contacts, and the habit of keeping them warm
• Comfortable walking into a room of parents or a college and holding it
• Direct, organised, and comfortable owning targets
• Bachelor's degree minimum
