Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Counselor located in Punjab, India. The Overseas Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized education counseling to prospective students, guiding them through the admission and visa process, and helping them choose suitable international education programs. The role also involves conducting consultations, staying updated with global education trends, and collaborating with institution partners to secure opportunities for applicants.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
  • Knowledge in international education opportunities, student visa guidelines, and admission processes
  • Proficiency in research and information gathering to provide reliable guidance
  • Ability to manage multiple student cases effectively and maintain organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation and commitment to student success
  • Familiarity with the education systems and opportunities in countries like the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with coursework related to counseling, education, or international relations
