About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Overseas Education Counselor to guide students through their study abroad journey. The counselor will be responsible for advising students on international education opportunities, university admissions, visa processes, scholarships, and career pathways.
Location: New Friends Colony, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Europe, USA, and New Zealand.
- Understand students academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial situations to recommend suitable programs and universities.
- Manage inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and events.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and follow-ups.
- Assist students with university applications, documentation, and admission procedures.
- Guide students through visa application processes and compliance requirements.
- Inform students about scholarships, education loans, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with university representatives and maintain relationships with partner institutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly student enrollment targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in overseas education counseling, admissions, or student recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of international education systems and admission processes.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online counseling tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling UK, European, Canadian, Australian, or German admissions.
- Knowledge of visa filing and scholarship processes.
- Experience in student conversion and sales counseling.
