What You'll Be Doing

Meet homeowners and understand their dream home requirements.

Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and project presentations.

Build trust and guide customers through their home construction journey.

Coordinate with architects and project teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Convert qualified leads into successful home construction projects.

Achieve sales targets while creating delighted customers.

You're the Right Fit If You Have

✔ 5–7 years of experience in Field Sales, Outside Sales, or Business Development.

✔ Experience in Real Estate, Residential Construction, Home Construction, Interior Design, or Building Materials.

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔ Fluency in Kannada and English (Mandatory) and Tamil, Telugu is added advantage.

✔ Passion for meeting customers and closing deals.

✔ Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for customer meetings and site visits.
