Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Outside Sales Engineers with strong technical knowledge and sales experience to drive business growth by developing relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, dealers, and end users.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Promote company products and provide technical sales support to customers.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
Prepare commercial and technical proposals.
Track projects and follow up for specifications, approvals, and order closures.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Engineering or related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical sales or outside sales engineering.
Strong network with consultants, contractors, dealers, and industry stakeholders is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
