Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Executive for AI Transformation, you will be the first point of contact for potential enterprise clients. Your primary goal is to identify prospects, clearly articulate our AI solutions, spark interest, and secure appointments for our sales team to present in detail. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals eager to build a career in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Outreach

· Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of IT, Digital Transformation leads, Innovation Heads) who could benefit from AI solutions.

· Conduct outbound calls build strong relationship and LinkedIn outreach to introduce our AI transformation offerings.

· Craft and send personalized emails explaining how AI can solve specific business challenges.

Product/Solution Communication

· Develop a strong understanding of our AI products and services (automation, ML models, data analytics, intelligent process optimization).

· Clearly explain the value proposition and benefits of AI transformation in simple, compelling language in both English and Hindi as needed.

· Handle initial queries and objections with clarity and confidence.

Appointment Setting & Lead Nurturing

· Generate interest and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline.

· Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.

· Follow up consistently to nurture prospects through the pipeline.

CRM & Reporting

· Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce).

· Track and report on daily/weekly outreach metrics: calls made, emails sent, appointments booked.

What You Bring

· 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, tele-calling, business development, or inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills and Participation in national level college fest in ownership collection are encouraged to apply).

· Fluency in English and Hindi both written and verbal communication.

· Genuine interest in technology, AI, and digital transformation trends.

· Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner.

· Proactive, target-driven attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.

· Basic proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.

Nice to Have

· Prior exposure to B2B sales or IT/software services.

· Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.

· Understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
