Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Outreach Specialist. The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing community outreach programs to build relationships and increase engagements. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting market research, strategizing outreach initiatives, designing outreach materials, managing communication efforts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Outreach Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with overall company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and create compelling outreach materials
- Advanced abilities in Community Outreach and Customer Service to foster meaningful relationships and deliver excellent support
- Proficiency in conducting Research to identify target audiences and develop data-driven outreach strategies
- Adaptability in working independently within a remote environment
- Familiarity with digital tools for communication and collaboration is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
