The Mission

What you'll do

· Be the face of VU across India's most progressive K12 schools.

· Orchestrate electrifying workshops, immersive webinars, and can't-miss Open Houses. Build a dream network of principals, counsellors, study abroad advisors, and keep them engaged.

· Turn strategy into action to achieve enrolment goals with sharp data insights and CRM wizardry.

· Work with faculty and admissions to give every student a smooth, engaging admissions experience.

Skills, that'll make us swipe right

· People skills so good, they call you the Counsellor Whisperer.

· Street-smart strategy: you know what works, and how to work it.

· Hands-on CRM, data dashboards, and a love for organised chaos.

· Comfort in public speaking.

· Ability to hustle solo and jam in teams.

Qualifications we prefer

Bachelor's mandatory, master's in marketing/education/Comms is a high-five.

You've got this if

· You have at least 5 years in higher-ed outreach, admissions or marketing, interfacing with IB and CAIE K12 schools.

· You have the flair and the persona to charm your way through IB and CAIE school corridors.

· You have been a student counsellor at IB/CAIE schools or prominent study abroad organisations.
