We are looking for an experienced Outreach Manager / SEO Outreach Specialist to strengthen the online presence and authority of The Dress Outlet, an international fashion e-commerce brand.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO outreach, link building, digital PR, relationship building, competitor backlink research, and securing relevant editorial placements.
This is a WFO role in Mohali, and we are looking for someone who can independently identify high-quality outreach opportunities and build genuine relationships with publishers, bloggers, website owners, editors, influencers, and industry partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Outreach & Link Acquisition
- Find relevant websites with genuine editorial value.
- Identify websites linking to competitors and discover potential outreach opportunities.
- Find relevant resource pages related to dresses, fashion, weddings, prom, bridal, and lifestyle.
- Identify fashion and wedding websites accepting relevant content contributions.
- Discover and pursue broken-link building opportunities.
- Find unlinked brand mentions and convert them into relevant backlinks.
- Identify opportunities for product and category mentions.
- Find relevant listicles, buying guides, fashion guides, and comparison articles.
- Identify fashion trend articles where The Dress Outlet can contribute useful resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with website owners, editors, bloggers, publishers, and content managers.
- Negotiate relevant and high-quality editorial placements.
- Manage outreach campaigns from prospecting through placement and reporting.
- Maintain accurate outreach databases and backlink records.
- Monitor acquired links and evaluate their relevance, authority, and quality.
Relationship Building
The primary objective of this role is to build a strong external presence for The Dress Outlet by developing relationships with:

Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO outreach, link building, digital PR, or off-page SEO.
- Strong understanding of white-hat link-building and outreach strategies.
- Experience finding and qualifying websites for backlink opportunities.
- Experience with competitor backlink analysis.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to write personalized outreach emails rather than relying only on generic templates.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify high-quality, relevant, and editorially valuable websites.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, outreach databases, and SEO tools.
- Experience in fashion, e-commerce, lifestyle, wedding, bridal, or related industries will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience working on international/US SEO campaigns will have an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working from office in Mohali.
