Outreach Manager – Psychologists & Psychiatrists

Reports To: Business Head / Founder

About Imperfectly

Imperfectly by TISQ Health is a technology-enabled mental health platform connecting individuals, organizations, psychologists, psychiatrists and other mental health professionals through an integrated digital ecosystem.

We are building a strong professional network of psychologists and psychiatrists to support individual mental healthcare, corporate EAP programs, assessments, therapy, psychiatric consultations, workshops and technology-enabled clinical workflows.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented Outreach Manager who will be responsible for identifying, approaching, onboarding and maintaining relationships with psychologists, psychiatrists and other qualified mental health professionals across India.

The role combines provider acquisition, relationship management, networking, business development and professional community building.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with mental health professionals, understanding their practice requirements, presenting Imperfectly's offerings and converting qualified professionals into active platform partners.

Key Responsibilities1. Psychologist & Psychiatrist Outreach
  • Identify and build databases of psychologists, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists and other relevant mental health professionals.
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and professional networks.
  • Explain Imperfectly's platform, professional benefits, technology solutions and partnership opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct onboarding calls/demos with interested professionals.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of potential professionals across major Indian cities.

2. Professional Onboarding
  • Manage the complete professional onboarding journey from first contact to activation.
  • Collect required professional information, credentials and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for profile creation, verification and activation.
  • Ensure professionals understand the platform workflow, appointment management, digital records, payments, assessments and other relevant features.
  • Drive conversion from registered professional → activated professional → regularly engaged professional.

3. Relationship Management
  • Develop long-term relationships with psychologists and psychiatrists.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for professionals during onboarding and early engagement.
  • Understand professional needs, concerns and expectations and communicate them internally.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with inactive or low-engagement professionals.
  • Build a strong professional community around Imperfectly.

4. Business Development
  • Identify opportunities for expanding Imperfectly's professional network.

Promote relevant Imperfectly offerings such as:

  • Digital practice management
  • Online consultations
  • Therapy and psychiatric services
  • Psychological assessments
  • Corporate EAP opportunities
  • Workshops and webinars
  • Professional programs
  • Technology-enabled clinical workflows
  • Explore partnerships with psychology departments, psychiatric associations, universities, clinics, hospitals and professional communities.

5. Events & Professional Networking
  • Participate in psychology, psychiatry, healthcare and mental health conferences.
  • Organize webinars, professional meets and networking sessions.
  • Build relationships with psychology colleges, universities, clinics and professional associations.
  • Represent Imperfectly at relevant professional events and forums.

6. CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain an updated database of psychologists and psychiatrists.
  • Track outreach, calls, meetings, onboarding and activation status through CRM.
  • Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and conversion stages.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly outreach reports.
  • Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improving conversion.

Candidate ProfileRequired
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider acquisition, business development, partnerships, sales or relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior professionals such as psychologists and psychiatrists.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with CRM and lead-management systems.
  • Good understanding of professional etiquette and confidentiality.

    Within the first 90 days, the Outreach Manager should be able to:

    • Build a strong and organized psychologist/psychiatrist prospect database.
    • Establish a consistent outreach pipeline.
    • Develop relationships with professionals across multiple cities.
    • Build a predictable onboarding funnel.
    • Successfully onboard and activate qualified professionals.
    • Establish repeatable outreach processes for scaling Imperfectly's professional network.
