About the Role
We are hiring an Outreach Intern to drive outreach for a technology company and a pharma client. The role involves reaching out to prospects and partners over email and calls, and working on channel partnerships for both accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach via email and phone calls to relevant prospects.
- Identify and reach out to potential channel partners, and support building those partnerships.
- Build and maintain an outreach list/database of prospects and partners; track outreach status.
- Draft and send outreach and follow-up emails; maintain a professional, consistent tone.
- Conduct client outreach via email and calls.
- Balance time and effort across accounts as per the assigned focus areas.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and lead/partner status in a shared tracker (Excel/CRM).
- Report daily/weekly on outreach numbers and progress updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling email communication confidently.
- Good spoken and written English/Hindi communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with follow-ups and target-driven work.
- Prior experience in sales, calling, business development, or partnerships is a plus but not mandatory.
