Company Description Indian Staffing Federation (ISF) is the apex ( industry) body representing India's staffing and private employment services industry. It works closely with government, corporates, and trade bodies to address key issues related to employment formalization and regulatory frameworks. ISF positions formal employment services as important drivers of socio-economic growth across India.

Role Description This is a full-time (1 year), on-site Outreach Intern role based in Okhla, New Delhi.
The Outreach Intern will support engagement with member organizations, partners, and stakeholders through coordinated communication and outreach activities.
Daily tasks include assisting in executing outreach campaigns, cold calls/ emails with guided content, and helping organize meetings, events, and community initiatives.
The intern will conduct checks and maintain contact databases for outreach records. The role also involves handling inviting delegates to events through various outreach methods and collaborating with the team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with members, partners, and delegates
- Candidates should possess solid skills to gather data, analyze, and conduct and outreach opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach skills to support campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Writing skills for emails and basic outreach content.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with AI, CRM or contact management tools is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any stream but must be available min 3 months
