Outreach Executives (Field role)

Shooting Stars Foundation, implementation partner for IBM's CSR initiative, is hiring result-oriented Outreach Executives to drive on-ground execution of the IBM SkillsBuild program across colleges.

This is a high-accountability, field-intensive role designed for individuals who can activate institutional networks, mobilize students at scale, and deliver measurable outcomes within strict timelines.

Role Details

Job Role: Outreach Executives (Field Job)

Contract role (1 month initially)

Start date: At the earliest

Commercials: Fixed 20k + 20k performance based

Eligibility Criteria

1. Graduated in any discipline

2. Prior experience in mobilization, CSR outreach, education projects, or field sales

3. Strong existing relationships with local colleges (Mandatory)

4. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

5. Comfortable with field visits, presentations, and digital platforms

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboard colleges in the IBM SkillsBuild program

2. Conduct a minimum of 8-10 on-campus orientation sessions per month

3. Drive student registrations on the IBM SkillsBuild platform

4. 300 new student registrations per week

5. Ensure post-registration engagement and course completion (Minimum 4 Hours of learning per student)

Success Metrics: Performance incentives will be linked to: Achievement of weekly registration targets , Learning engagement benchmarks met, Timely execution within defined timelines and Predictable conversions

Must have:

1. Personal laptop for project use, and have own internet access and phone

2. Knowledge of Digital tools and platforms such as Google Drive, Microsoft Office etc.

3. Comfortable with targets, trackers, and tight review cycles

4. Excellent knowledge of English and regional languages is a must

5. Excellent presentation skills

6. Highly disciplined with follow-ups and data hygiene
