Position: Outreach Executive

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology invites applications from dynamic, motivated, and suitable candidates for the position of Outreach Executive.

Position: Outreach Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach activities to promote the Institute and its academic programmes.
• Coordinate with schools, colleges, educational counsellors, and other stakeholders for student outreach.
• Conduct and coordinate school/college visits, seminars, career counselling sessions, webinars, and promotional events.
• Generate and maintain prospective student leads and ensure regular follow-up.
• Assist in admission campaigns, education fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, leads, and conversions.
• Travel to different locations for outreach activities as required.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates with experience in admissions, student outreach, business development, counselling, education marketing, or institutional outreach will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to travel and work independently as well as in a team.
• Candidates with experience in an educational institution/university will be preferred.
