Job Title: Outreach & CSR Senior Executive
Location: Vrindavan Heritage Tower, Uttar Pradesh (Candidates based in Vrindavan or willing to relocate preferred)
About the Role. We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Outreach & CSR Senior Executive to drive partnerships, corporate engagement, and CSR initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong networking abilities, a self-driven mindset, and a proven capability to convert leads into meaningful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with corporates, foundations, philanthropists, and CSR stakeholders.
- Generate and qualify leads for CSR collaborations, sponsorships, donations, and strategic partnerships.
- Create and execute outreach strategies to increase organizational visibility.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches tailored to CSR partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales and partnership lifecycle, from lead generation to closure and relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align CSR opportunities with organizational programs and impact objectives.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and regularly report progress against outreach.
- Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, industry forums, and stakeholder meetings.
- Build long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure continued engagement and recurring support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, Communications, Public Relations, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in outreach, CSR partnerships, business development.
- Strong understanding of CSR frameworks, corporate philanthropy, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads.
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and target-driven.

About Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir. It is a spiritual landmark and cultural project, envisioned as the world's tallest temple under construction in Vrindavan, Mathura, India. The temple will span about 5 acres, rising to approximately 700 feet with a built-up area of 540,000 sq. ft. Surrounding the temple, a 26-acre landscape will recreate the twelve forests (dvadasha-kanana) of Braj with lush greenery, water bodies, and natural vistas. Inspired by descriptions from the Srimad Bhagavatam and other texts, the environment is designed to evoke the mood of Lord Krishna's pastimes in Vrindavan. The project aims to offer visitors a transformative spiritual, cultural, and experiential journey.
