Chilipili and Gurukul are learning initiatives of Pannini Education, committed to personalized learning and holistic child development. We believe education should be engaging, meaningful, and focused on understanding rather than rote memorization.

We're looking for someone energetic, warm, and confident—someone who enjoys working with children, interacting with parents, and representing our learning programmes in the community.

About the Role

This is a unique role that combines:

• Community outreach and lead generation

• Parent engagement and front office management

• Children's communication and confidence-building activities

You'll be equally comfortable speaking to parents at apartment communities, welcoming families to our centre, and conducting engaging activities for children such as storytelling, role play, debates, poetry, presentations, and public speaking.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach

• Represent Chilipili and Gurukul at apartments, events, and community spaces
• Generate awareness and enquiries through field activities
• Build relationships with families and local communities
• Track and follow up on leads

Parent Engagement & Front Office

• Welcome and guide walk-in parents
• Explain programmes clearly and confidently
• Handle phone and WhatsApp enquiries
• Schedule appointments with programme heads
• Support enrolment conversions

Children's Communication Activities

• Conduct storytelling, drama, role play, debates, poetry recitation, presentations, and other communication-focused activities
• Create a fun and supportive environment for children
• Help children build confidence, expression, and communication skills

Digital Support

• Create and post content on social media
• Respond to online enquiries
• Maintain basic trackers, spreadsheets, and reports

Who We're Looking ForEssential

Strong spoken English

Conversational Kannada

Comfortable interacting with parents and children

High energy and enthusiastic personality

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with field work and community outreach

Preferred

Experience in teaching, outreach, customer-facing roles, events, or community engagement

Background in theatre, drama, singing, public speaking, or performing arts

Working knowledge of Hindi

Familiarity with social media and basic digital tools
