Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outreach Coordinator Fellow. The Fellow will be responsible for coordinating community outreach initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and conducting effective communication strategies to promote the organization's mission. Key tasks include managing outreach campaigns, providing training, conducting research on community needs, and ensuring effective engagement with target audiences. They will represent Digital Education Forum at events and networking opportunities to expand the organization's impact.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences and address inquiries
- Experience in Community Outreach and fostering relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Research to identify opportunities and assess community needs
- Ability to conduct Training and facilitate workshops for various audiences
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Passion for education and community development
- Prior experience in non-profit or educational organizations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field
