Outreach Associate

We're looking for a high-agency Outreach Coordinator who can own and execute daily outbound efforts with speed, precision, and creativity. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to combine communication, automation, and relationship-building to drive real outcomes.

What You'll Do:

* Send 100–120 highly targeted emails/DMs per day across platforms

* Personalize outreach using research, context, and strong messaging angles

* Write compelling cold emails, follow-ups, and partnership pitches

* Set up and manage outreach automation systems (tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)

* Track performance metrics like open rates, replies, and conversions

* Build and nurture relationships with founders, creators, and partners

* Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline movement

What You Should Have:

* Strong content writing and communication skills

* Experience with cold outreach and email automation tools

* High attention to detail and consistency in execution

* Ability to move fast, test, and iterate messaging
