About the Role
We are looking for a confident and self-driven outreach coordinator who can independently handle inside sales and LinkedIn outreach, build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals end-to-end. This role requires excellent English communication skills, as client interaction and pitching will be a key part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inside sales via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach: profile building, connection requests, follow-up DMs
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads through structured outreach
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct virtual rounds and present agency services confidently
- Manage client communication from first contact to deal closure
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and sales tracking
- Close deals independently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
- Experience in inside sales / agency sales / B2B sales
- Strong confidence in cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or agency services (preferred)
