About the Role

We are looking for a confident and self-driven outreach coordinator who can independently handle inside sales and LinkedIn outreach, build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals end-to-end. This role requires excellent English communication skills, as client interaction and pitching will be a key part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inside sales via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach: profile building, connection requests, follow-up DMs
  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads through structured outreach
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct virtual rounds and present agency services confidently
  • Manage client communication from first contact to deal closure
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and sales tracking
  • Close deals independently

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Experience in inside sales / agency sales / B2B sales
  • Strong confidence in cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or agency services (preferred)
