Role Description

Generate leads consistently through different channels

Handle LinkedIn outreach end to end

Manage social media with full ownership of content and growth

Lead and coordinate with a small team to execute marketing efforts

Requirements

Strong communication and outreach skills

Ability to take ownership and work independently

Interest in startups AI and business systems

Comfortable managing people and driving execution

Qualifications

Prior experience in marketing outreach or social media is a plus

Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic marketing tools

Self driven and willing to learn fast

Compensation

Fixed per month + additional commission based on conversions.

This is a high ownership role with direct exposure to real business growth.
